Collection

Most items are available for collection in person from Lavender Grove, layer de la Haye, Colchester. We strongly encourage collection for larger, delicate, or one-of-a-kind items to ensure safe handling. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time. 

Delivery & Shipping

Some items may be eligible for local delivery or UK Shipping. Delivery or shipping is not automatically included unless clearly stated on the product listing.

Delivery fees are calculated individually.

All delivery fees must be paid before dispatch.

 

Workshop & Gift Vouchers

Workshop bookings and digital gift vouchers do not require shipping. Physical gift vouchers (if purchased) can be collected or posted by arrangement.

We currently ship within the UK only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping times may vary due to the bespoke nature of our products.

Customers will be contacted once items are ready for collection or dispatch.
