Workshop Cancellation Policy
At Lavender Grove, we strive to provide the best experience for all of our participants. Please review the following policy regarding workshop bookings:
1. Non-Refundable Workshop Places
- Once booked, workshop places are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may rebook for the next available workshop. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend, especially for health and safety reasons.
2. Illness
- We understand that sometimes people are unwell. If you are unable to attend due to illness, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you on another date. The earlier you notify us, the more options we can offer.
3. Workshop Cancellation by Lavender Grove
- Lavender Grove reserves the right to cancel a workshop if there are fewer than 2 participants. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or the option to choose an alternative workshop date.
4. Securing Your Place
- Your place in the workshop will only be secured once full payment has been received.
Vintage Upcycled Furniture Sales
At Lavender Grove, we offer unique vintage upcycled furniture for sale. Please review the following terms related to vintage upcycled furniture purchases:
1. Sold as Seen
- All vintage upcycled furniture is sold as seen. These items have been thoughtfully restored, but due to their vintage nature, they may show signs of wear, imperfections, or aging, which contribute to their unique character. Please note that the furniture may not be in perfect condition, and we encourage you to review all product details carefully.
2. No Returns or Refunds
- All vintage upcycled furniture purchases are final. Due to the nature of these unique items, they are not returnable or refundable.
3. Collection Preference
- We strongly encourage customers to collect purchased items in person to reduce CO2 emissions. Please contact us to arrange collection from our location. If you are unable to collect the item in person, please get in touch, and we can discuss shipping arrangements. Shipping costs are chargeable and will be arranged and agreed upon after purchase based on the size and destination of the item. Items are only shipped within the UK.
Lampshade Sales
At Lavender Grove, we offer both ready-made and bespoke lampshades. Please review the following terms related to lampshade purchases:
1. Non-Returnable
- All lampshades, whether bespoke or ready-made, are non-returnable. As many of our lampshades are made to order or customised to specific requirements, they cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
2. Collection Preference
- We encourage customers to collect lampshades in person to minimize CO2 impact. If collection is not possible, please contact us to arrange shipping after purchase. Shipping is chargeable and will be discussed and agreed upon based on the size and destination of the lampshade.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer or PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase to secure your place or order.
Customer Responsibility (for Furniture & Lampshades)
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that any upcycled furniture or lampshades are used in accordance with their intended purpose and are safely installed. Please follow all provided care instructions to maintain the quality and longevity of your purchase.
At Lavender Grove, we love to capture the creativity and fun of our workshops! Photographs may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes, such as on our website, social media, or marketing materials. By attending our workshops, you consent to having your image included in these photographs.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us before or at the start of the workshop, and we will ensure you are not included in any photos.
